Fresh berries and watermelon get a bright summer sweetness with a fresh lime vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  •  4 cups watermelon, cut into bite-size pieces

  •  1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered

  •  1 cup cherries, pitted

  •  1/2 cup raspberries 

  •  1/2 cup blueberries

  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey

  • 2 teaspoons lime zest

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped

Directions

  • Shake lime juice, agave syrup, mint and lime zest in a container with a lid.
  • Arrange watermelon, cherries and berries on platter.
  • Drizzle dressing across the fruit and garnish with more fresh mint.
