Watermelon and berry salad with lime vinaigrette

Ingredients
4 cups watermelon, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup cherries, pitted
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 1/2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
2 teaspoons lime zest
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
Directions
- Shake lime juice, agave syrup, mint and lime zest in a container with a lid.
- Arrange watermelon, cherries and berries on platter.
- Drizzle dressing across the fruit and garnish with more fresh mint.
