A DIVINE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST RECIPE
Of all the pie crusts, my favorite is a graham cracker crust, and this graham cracker crust recipe is absolutely the best.
Grandmothers have the best graham cracker crust recipe
This graham cracker crust recipe comes from Mimi, my children’s grandmother. She’s an amazing cook, as this incredible recipe can attest. Any time you want to use a homemade graham cracker crust, use this recipe! I use it for my Lemon Icebox Pie and this dreamy Strawberry Icebox Pie.

minutesIngredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a bowl.
- Pour into springform pan or large deep-dish pie pan. Press sides first and then bottom.
- Bake the crust at 350 degrees for 12 minutes, until very lightly browned. Cool completely before adding filling.
Notes
- I typically use a 9-inch or 10-inch springform pan, or a 10-inch deep dish pie pan. If you use a smaller springform pan, the crumbs will come up higher.
