This amazing herb butter is a steak’s best friend
My husband has spent the past 35 years perfecting his steak-cooking skills. Along the way, he’s discovered other ways to enhance a steak, like this amazing herb butter. It does nothing to take away from the savory beef flavor of the steak. Instead it elevates a great steak to an amazing steak.

This herb butter can also be given as a gift to your favorite steak lover or foodie. It’s a great hostess gift. Just roll the herb butter in plastic wrap, as described in the recipe below, and freeze until you give it away. Give the butter within 2 days of making it, and advise the recipient to keep it refrigerated.
Not just for steaks
You can use this savory herb butter on almost anything – try it atop a baked potato or spread on sourdough toast. Saute mushrooms in this herb butter and a few tablespoons of white wine. You can even just put it in a dish for a charcuterie spread.
