Dates are full of healthy benefits
Whatever happened to dates? It’s a shame they’ve fallen out of fashion, because they provide a subtle sweetness and texture that elevates this lovely tea bread.
They’re also so good for you, full of antioxidants and fiber. This Healthline article outlines 8 health benefits. According to medical research, dates benefit your brain and immune system. But I love them just for the amazing taste and moistness they add to baked goods.
